The second round of the State Closed Series was held at the Circular Head Kart Club's Briant Park circuit yesterday.
Team Green did not attend due to commitments made prior to the publication of the 2007 calendar (okay, Robert went to the Grand Prix). In fact the entries were very poor, with only Michael Jack, David Cramp and Alan Harragon competing in the over 40 lights class. Alan won the first heat whilst David had a DNF. David won the remaining two heats and the final, taking out the club title in the process. The next round of the series will be held at Highclere on 22 April. |
