Team Green Racing today took delivery of its new chassis for the 2006 season.

The new kart arrives

The Arrow AX8 is the ex Chris Jeffrey rolling chassis which Chris used to win the 2004 National light Australian title. The kart was built especially for competition in the National class, with the middle bearing brace deleted and with a 30mm axle instead of the normal 40mm.

The kart will be stripped down and thoroughly checked over prior to the first outing, which has been slated for late March. In the meantime, the chassis will be kept in storage pending the completion of the Team Green Racing workshop in Launceston, Tasmania.
